Watching television can be a valuable source of information, it keeps you up to date on current event in politics or in daily life, television can teach you new facts about the world you live in, it all really depends on the channel and what you are watching for it to be valuable or not. BUT watching something on TV can be valuable because it keeps people entertained and happy.
