Hello!

You add like terms

[tex] 3n^{2} + - 8n^{2} = -5n^{2} [/tex]

[tex]-5n + -3n = -8n[/tex]

[tex]6 + -2 = 4[/tex]

Put all the answers together

[tex]-5n^{2} -8n+4[/tex]

The answer is [tex]-5n^{2} -8n+4[/tex]

Hope this helps!
