The biggest findings point out that personality traits are fairly stable across adulthood. The personality is the thinking, behavioral and emotional characteristics that define a person. These characteristics are usually defined between late adolescence and early adulthood and remain stable over time. However, different investigations have found cases where the personality changes due to accidents that affect the brain.
