Just multiply the 66cm x 3cm =198

L=w+6

P= 2(w+3)+2(w)
66= 2(w+3)+2(w)
66=2w+6+2w
66=4w+6
60=4w
15=w
L=18(15+3)

The width is 15
The length is 18
