Simplify the square roots first:

sqrt(8) = sqrt(4*2) = 2*sqrt(2)
sqrt(18) = sqrt(9*2) = 3*sqrt(2)
sqrt(27) = sqrt(9*3) = 3*sqrt(3)

So 22) can be rewritten:
5*2*sqrt(2) / (4*3*sqrt(2)) =
10/12 = 5/6

And 24) can be rewritten:
sqrt(3) / (3*sqrt(3)) =
1/3
