The correct answer is B. Delta, Deltas can only be formed when sediments are being carried by the waterway (stream,river). As the water flows and meets another body of water, sediments land and piles up making beds. As the water flows through shallow areas, it forms triangular shaped areas of water where the stream meets a larger area of water.
