Trees aren't made biologically the same way as birds. For this same reasons this is why humans don't "fly". Yes, we have developed technologies to create an atmosphere forgoing the fact that we don't have wings or 'webbed' limbs to help us fight the force of gravity while in the air. This is why trees cannot fly, because they are born that way biologically for a purpose, to convert carbon dioxide to oxygen.
