The sum of the two short sides is longer than the long side, so these lengths will form a triangle.

Heron's formula makes use of
.. s = (a +b +c)/2 = (240 +121 +263)/2 = 312

Area = √(s(s -a)(s -b)(s -c))
.. = √(312*72*191*49)
.. = √210,240,576
.. ≈ 14,499.675
