Who was the swiss psychologist who felt that infants learn according to the formula, "action=knowledge?"?

That Swill psychologist was Piaget.
He researched child development within his cognitive development theory in the 20th century. According to him, action equals knowledge, which means that in order for a child to learn, it must interact with its surroundings; it must try and do things in order to learn what is good and what is bad - we learn through experience.
