It would be Technology neutralists such as Langdon Winner.
Technology neutralist believes that Technology is JUST a tool for interaction, but the basis of the interraction process is basically will remain the same.
Even though they do not deny that technology gives a lot of changes, they believe that the process could easily be reversed back anytime.
