To solve this I will be using substitution

-4 + 11y = 15
solve for y so

-4 + 11y = 15
11y = 19

y = 19/11

x = 2(19/11)

19/11 x 2 = 38/11

x = 38/11

x = 38/11
y = 19/11

I hope this helps!
