Subtract y values.
Subtract x values in the same order.
Divide the first difference by the second difference.

y-difference: 67.8 - 60 = 7.8
x-difference: -5 - (-7) = -5 + 7 = 2

slope = m = (y difference)/(x difference) = 7.8/2 = 3.9
