True. There should always be an agenda before a meeting starts. When a group of people get together centered around work, there should always be a purpose set for the meeting. With no agenda or topics to discuss, the meeting may not accomplish anything and be a waste of time. When there is an agenda in place, there are topics and questions to follow so the meeting stays on track.
