Well the answer depends, it should state what ABC or d is if it doesn't the answer is incomplete 

a(c+b)=d a(c+b)=dDivide each term by aa and simplify.
c+b=dac+b=daSince bb does not contain the variable to solve for, move it to the right side of the equation by subtracting bb from both sides.c=−b+da
