first, Shiite and Sunni are not cultures, they're sects in a religion.
Then, Most Turkish people are Sunni, so it can't be b. But it's also not Shiite: almost 25 % of Turkish people are Shiite!
the Kurds however speak a different language, and the mainstream Turkish culture sees it as a threat.
