The answer to this question would be: enzymes that clot blood

Enzyme is a protein that needs to keep its 3D structure to works. If the pH of the blood is changed, the protein structure of the enzyme can be changed. 
DNA doesn't control starch digestion in the blood. Chlorophyll doesn't carry oxygen, hemoglobin is. Red blood cells also don't make antibodies
