the sense of time in the universe is that its always expanding to a point then returning( called the Big Bang string theory) the distance of the universe is is forever expanding and retracting( stated in the Big Bang string theory) and the organization is always random as planets are always being made and destroyed, bigger and smaller planets could be the same density (ex a planet far off is made of diamond its gravity so great it crush every thing on earth in seconds but earth is 5x bigger than said planet)
