Alcohol affects your brain first and of your choices the closest one would be judgment because your brain is your judgment.

The first thing alcohol impairs is your Judgement.

Alcohol is a depressant. It first impairs your judgement. Next it impairs the brain center and senses, including taste, smell, sight, and hearing. Then it affects your motor skills.
