The probability that it will not rain is 1 - 0.27 = 0.73

The probability is out of 1. So, think of 1 as 100. 0.100. So, do 0.100-0.27. The answer to that is 0.73. Now, do the reverse to check it. 0.27+0.73= 0.100. So the answer is- 0.73. Hope this helped!!!
