As a diprotic acid, the H₂SeO₃ can ionize by step. First step is H₂SeO₃ =(reversible reaction) H⁺ + HSeO₃⁻. And second step is HSeO₃⁻ =(reversible reaction) H⁺ +SeO₃ ²⁻.
