no, it can't. this is because your body has never encountered them and therefore had a signal sent saying they need to be made. For example, your body wouldn't know how to make the antibodies for ebola because it has never been exposed to it in the first place. Even if your body knows how to-because the information was passed down from your parents-it won't actually make the antibodies unless they enter your system.
