Compulsory lying is a very difficult thing to over come. Remember, when the lying becomes compulsory, it can be classified as a mental illness. I would suggest consulting a therapist or use coping mechanisms (such as taking a deep breath after you lie to remind yourself to tell the truth). You sound like you're going through some tough stuff. Stay strong and don't stop fighting.
