If you meant...

(x^2+2x-5)/(6x-2)-(3x-2)/2

You need a common denominator of 2(6x-2)=(12x-4)

(2x^2+4x-10-(3x-2)(6x-2))/(12x-4)

(2x^2+4x-10-18x+6x+12x-4)/(12x-4)

(2x^2-8x-14)/(12x-4)

(x^2-4x-7)/(6x-2)
