For this particular math problem you can use a calculator to solve. It's pretty easy.
1/4 divided by 7 equals 1/28, if you want a fraction. I simplified it to it's lowest terms. The decimal number seems huge. It is 0.0357142857142857. At least that's what the calculator gave me.
