We need to find the volume fo the silo. The silo has a form of a cylinder. The volume of a cylinder is given by:

[tex]\begin{gathered} V=\pi r^2h \\ where: \\ r=radius=\frac{20}{2}=10ft \\ h=height=52ft \end{gathered}[/tex]

Therefore:

[tex]\begin{gathered} V=\pi(10^2)(52) \\ V\approx16336ft^3 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Answer:

16336 ft³
