Tell Cindy that she found her wallet and give her the money back. That is Cindy’s money that she probably worked for, that she earned to buy textbooks. Helen shouldn’t be stealing money. If she wanted to get textbooks she should get a job and not be unemployed and make her own money. Stealing money from someone that worked for it is not fair.
