When converting a decimal to a percent, you would have to move the decimal point 2 times to the right.
0.03 is 3%
0.92 is 92%
0.18 is 18%

3%, 92%, and 18% this is how you do it = Multiply 0.18 by 100 to convert to percent: 0.18 × 100 = 18 %
