I believe it would be a long shot. A long shot captures the whole subject in the frame, as well as the setting behind them.

Extreme long shot: a panoramic view of an exterior location photographed from a considerable distance. Can serve as an establishing shot.

A 'long shot' is just a shot where you can fully see a large object, like a person.
