Dan had $34 to spend at the fair. If the admission to the fair is $10 and the rides cost $1.50 each, what is the greatest number of rides Dan can go on?

Answer:

34-10 for admission= 24. if each ride cost 1.50, you can take 1.50x16 and get 24.00. He can go on 16 rides.
