y = 6x - 3
y = -x + 2

6x - 3 = -x + 2
6x + x = 2 + 3
7x = 5
x = 5/7

y = 6x - 3
y = 6(5/7) - 3
y = 30/7 - 3
y = 30/7 - 21/7
y = 9/7

solution is (5/7, 9/7)
