formula to find m:

m=y2-y1 / x2-x1

insert coordinates into formula

[tex]m = \frac{ - 2 - ( - 2)}{ - 4 - 3} \\ \\ m = \frac{ - 2 + 2}{ - 7} \\ m = \frac{0}{ - 7} \\ m = 0[/tex]

As m=0 , therefore it is a horizonta line.
