The bakery made 89 donut. Seventeen were chocolate, 23 were maple, and the rest were plaint glazed. How many plain donuts did the bakery make ?

I think the answer is 49 because if you add 17 and 23 you get 40 then subtract 40 from 89 you get 49. I hope this helped!
