Start by using the same denominator which would be 40 as all of the bottom numbers go into this then multiple the numerator(top numbers) by the same number you multiplies the bottom by to get 40 so
3/4 to get to 40 you multiplied by 10 so it would be 30/40
5/8 would be 25/40
1/10 would be 4/40
