'Each' takes a singular form so each of those ,those is singular so it follows the singular word

You would say "Each of those desserts LOOK delicious, but I'm full." Because if dessert is plural (desserts) then you wouldn't need to say looks. If it was not plural it might say "That dessert LOOKS delicious, but I'm full."
