1)Y=2x-2^2+1
Y=-4x^2+1
Y=-4x4+1
Y=-16+1
Y=-15

2)Y=-x+3^2-4
Y=-x+3x3-4
Y=-x+9-4
Y=-x-4+9
Y=-4x+9
Y=-4x+9
Divide all over -4 gives
Y=x+5
Y=5x
