y+3 = 5(x+5)
y+3 = 5x+25 ... distribute
y = 5x+25-3 ... subtract 3 from both sides
y = 5x+22
y-5x = 22 ... subtract 5x from both sides
-5x+y = 22 .... is one possible answer
5x-y = -22 ... is another possible answer
The difference is that I multiplied both sides by -1 so that the A term becomes positive.
