If the volume for 3-D polyhedra A is 300 cm3 and the volume for 3-D polyhedral B is 900 cm3, what is the percent of change from A to B?

It's 3 times as big.
900 - 300 = 600 cc bigger.
600/300 = 2 times bigger.
That's 200% bigger.   hope this helps.
