The answer is 140 because it is in the tens area, when a number is in the tens area, you put a zero at the end of it because if you don't, then that would make it in the ones place

we know that

[tex]1\ tens=10[/tex]

so

to find the same value as [tex]14\ tens[/tex]

Multiply [tex]14[/tex] by [tex]10[/tex]

[tex]14*10=140[/tex]

therefore

the answer is

[tex]140[/tex]
