k = 0.5mv²

k = kinetic energy
m = mass
v = velocity
0.5 = 1/2

solve for v.

k = 1/2 * m * v²
(k * 2) / m = v²
√(2k/m) = √v²

√(2k/m) = v

There should have been a list of choices included in this problem.

v = √(2k/m)
