Known :

Rectangular 1 :

l1 = 12 in

w1 = 6 in

h1 = 12 in

Rectangular 2 :

l2 = 18 in

w2 = 8 in

h2 = 10 in

Asked :

Volume = ...?

Answer :

V = V rectangular 1 + V rectangular 2

= (l1 × w1 × h1) + (l2 × w2 × h2)

= (12 × 6 × 12) + (18 × 8 × 10)

= 864 + 1.440

= 2.034 in³

So, the volume of the figure is 2.034 cubic inches.

Hope it helpful and useful :)
