Cappelli thinks one should peruse their passion. Since employers only hire individuals who excel in decision making, organizing, communication etc.

  • All of these traits are better learned by a person if they enroll themselves in liberal arts program.  

  • Cappelli describes that jobs these days require intellectual skills.

  • Along with this, he also describes one should not think that learning a liberal arts program will pave their way to a huge money payoff.
