Yes, 100%. people see these guys/girls with great physique and they want to look just like them by doing all of their workouts, which is how home workouts have gotten a HUGE increase to people. A lot of people viewing their videos due to the lockdown and people wanting to stay in shape since most people don’t have weights at home. Also, people who get cyber bullied look at their feedback of how they look, and they don’t feel the same anymore.
