The answer is 0.071.

The chances of drawing an ace in the first draw is 4/52. The chances of not drawing an ace in the second draw is 48/52. The chances of getting only one ace in the two draws can be solves using this equation:
P(X=1) = (4/52) * (48/52)
            = 192/2704
           = 0.0710059 or 0.071
