perimeter = length * 2 + width * 2. x = width. 2x = length. perimeter = 2(x) + 2(2x). perimeter = 2x + 4x. 60 (perimeter) = 6x. divide both sides by six. x = 10. width = 10. length is 2(width), so length is 20.
