Answer:

3 forces are acting on her: Friction, Gravity and Muscular force.

Explanation:

Due to gravity and friction she is remaining on the ladder without flying and by not slipping.

Because of muscular force she is being able to interact with ladder and stand on it. Otherwise she will fell down.
