Explanation: BRAVE CHARACTER (going to save the world etc.) gallant, selfless, valorous, daring, reckless, venturesome
SHY CHARACTER: (only has a few friends but at the end of the day comes out of her/his shell etc.) timid, apprehensive, demure, modest, hesitant, coy
POPULAR CHARACTER: (lots of friends, IT girl of the school etc.) outgoing, prominent, favoured, likeable, faddish
