If I had to live without internet for a week I would use some of the free time to take up a sport. Maybe learn how to draw/paint or go to the library and educate myself with books and history. Spend some time with my family since sometimes the internet distracts me :D. I'd also spend a lot of my time with my friends and neighbors.
