If an organisms diploid number is 12 what would be it’s haploid number

It would be 6 because the haploid is always 1/2 the diploid.

This number is double the haploid or monoploid  number.The haploid  number of chromosomes is the number of chromosomes found in a gamete of reproductive cell. This number is half of the diploid  number.
