4x - 3y=12.3

for x intercept set y =0

4x - 3(0) =12.3

4x = 12.3

x = 3.075  or (3.075, 0)

for y intercept set x =0

4(0) -3y = 12.3

-3y = 12.3

y = -4.1  (0, -4.1)
