What was the economic result of soldiers being drafted to fight in ww1

The main economic result of the draft was that many women gained access to jobs that were traditionally reserved to men. Also, African American women gain access to ne jobs opportunities. Full employment was reached. All unions supported the war effort, which resulted in almost no strikes.
